At JGP, our brokerage structure is transparent, straightforward, and aligned with the premium nature of the properties we represent.
Our brokerage for resale residential properties ranges between 1% to 2% of the transaction value, depending on the nature, complexity, and scope of the assignment.
We charge zero brokerage to buyers for under-construction properties in metro cities. Our compensation in such cases is paid directly by the developer.
We charge 2% brokerage to buyers for second homes, vacation homes and plots. The second home developer or plot owner also pays us a commission separately.
Our brokerage is structured as: One month's rent for agreements up to one year, and two months' rent for agreements extending beyond one year.
Brokerage is payable upon successful completion of the transaction.
Detailed payment milestones are mutually agreed upon at the time of engagement.
All brokerage / service fees once paid are non-refundable.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
GST is applicable on brokerage services as per prevailing government regulations (currently 18%).
